The Bigger Pie and Berkeley Haas EGAL, supported by Ripple, are joining forces to create DEIB tools for organisations and leaders in Web 3. 

 

As we attract and upskill more women and diversity into Web 3, we must also ensure that the hiring organisations are inclusive and non-toxic environments. 

 

Building in this fast-paced ecosystem with its unique cultures and structures, the best way to succeed is to create a playbook for organisations to follow. This will ensure that female talent is attracted, retained and thrives, unlike in the tech sector at large where women leave at twice the rate of their male counterparts.
