It is my belief that start-ups, investors, and businesses are able to create, invent and build with teams that are diverse and develop cultures that are inclusive. When everyone feels like they belong, this definitely does good and has a social impact as well as being more profitable.
It arguable covers a number of the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
It’s my intention to be able to show that being open and inclusive in one area, like our group is, you will find you attract diversity across many factors. But to do this I need your help.
